Hello, my names Mark and welcome to Vaillant Service.
I’m an ex-Vaillant service technician, and worked for Vaillant UK for many years. I now run my own company delivering high quality boiler services to a clientele based and living in SE London, EAST London, Kent, Some parts of Essex and the South East.
I also train, assess and approve Plumbers in boiler diagnostics and servicing, as well as the ACS gas qualifications at the National Construction College in Erith, Kent.
Outside of my lecturing duties, I run a small service team of hand picked, in-house trained engineers, servicing and repairing VAILLANT
heating boilers up to 25 years old, including the VCW, ECOMAX, TURBOMAX and ECOTEC
models. We carry a large stock of replacement parts on our vehicles ensuring fast and efficient breakdown services. This is what we do... And we're VERY good at it!

We avoid hourly rates, at every opportunity..
Don't be fooled into spending £1000's on a new boiler, because you've been told it's obsolete. All working parts are still available for boilers dating back to 1988. Almost any boiler can be repaired, usually on site, and within an hour or so...
Due to a lack of training and experience, many boilers are condemned unnecessarily, simply because many operatives don't know how they work, or how to fix them.
We love old boilers.. You'll be amazed what a little cuddle can do! (in the right pair of hands).
