Who are we? And what do we do?

10 years, and in excess of 3000 customers says it all...

Vaillant have long been the lead brand in the UK for domestic boilers. Their appliances are complex, sophisticated, and expensive. Boiler technology has vastly improved over the last two decades, and all brands have become more bewildering, with their independent and exclusive parts, and protocols. Boiler brands are no longer generic in any shape or form.

Expertise is required, on an intimate level, with individual manufacturers and their appliances.

Finding specialist expertise, with the necessary experience, exclusive knowledge, and who carry the necessary parts and equipment on their vehicles, is near impossible. Especially in London.

So what's different about us?

Well, for a start, we fulfill all the criteria above!
But the main difference is time. I worked for Vaillant for many years. First as an employee, and then when I left, they asked me back for years afterwards on a self employed basis.

This is what I do, I've been doing it for 37 years, and I'm very good at it.

During the last 10 years, as well as lecturing and assessing, I have set up a small business specialising in 3 specific areas of the industry. Vaillant, Megaflo, and recently Ideal appliances.

In the 10 year period, I have met and trained 100's of plumbers, and more importantly indentured apprentices from local and national companies.

Three of which, were so impressive, I now work with them as associates in my business. I have spent the last 7 years passing on my technical knowledge and experience, so they are now fully proficient and experts in their own right. That's why...
